WHY

There are some things in the Bible that God says repeatedly. Therefore, they should be of interest to us, since His Words are primarily for our benefit. This list is as follows. Click to read.

1 Corinthians 6:9-10, Galatians 5:19-21, Revelations 21:8, 1 John 3:15, Revelations 22:15, Jude 1:7. There are at least 30 more scriptures that name at least one of the sins that are in these groups. Some of them include sacrificing your children in the fire, which is the same as abortion to God. This might very well be one of the sins that HE is judging us for today.

A repentant heart it is a requirement to entering the Kingdom of Heaven. As long as you are still living you are privileged to receive the Kingdom of Heaven.

In a biblical context, repentance is a change of heart and mind, a turning away from sin and towards God. It involves recognizing that our sin is offensive to God, experiencing a genuine remorse or sorrow for that sin, and a resolve to change one's behavior and way of life.

One thing that I know about God is that he is long suffering, He was and still is with me.  In 2014 or 15 I was raking pine needles in the front yard; it was a very quiet late afternoon. The Lord began to speak to me about my words, which were not always well thought out.  There were times when I spoke too much and other times my words were exaggerations of the truth. I remember saying, “my football team will win the Superbowl I know, because I know them.  Well, I knew of them, and one of them when I was in college.  The Lord told me that I had to be more careful with my words, basically make them more accurate.  In 2024, ten years later He brought everything into perspective, meaning it was time to finish cleaning up my act, in terms of my speech.  I watched two YouTube videos of two woman that went to hell for unforgiveness.

When one got there, she thought, she was rightfully put there because she refused to forgive. The Lord, allowed her to come back and tell the story so that others wouldn’t make the same mistake. She was in church when it happened.

The second woman’s video that went to hell for unforgiveness and returned, made a check list of how to overcome her sins.  One way she overcame was through the Word of God, since it never returns void.  Every day she would decree scripture pertaining to her issues and soon her stubbornness turned into will power to resist those sins. The Word is alive and active and can be interacted with to bring you to repentance, thus escaping the Pit.  Some people are healed and or delivered from their issues instantly, you never know unless you ask.  Sometimes we have not because we ask not.

The one phrase that is commonly used when people get to hell is “I knew in my heart”.  Why do you think that is? Because the Holy Spirit always prompts us, always reminds us of an unrepentant sin, and it’s not just one or two times.  What is it that you know in your heart, God wants you to change. Is it one of the sins in the scriptures above? Only you can answer that question.

Jesus is coming sooner than you think,
