THE TRIBULATION — PART 2

By right, the title should be “The Great Tribulation”. Once the Christians are taken, peace will vanish from the Earth. This will be evident immediately following the Rapture. I strongly encourage you to search the Scriptures and watch teachings on the Rapture so that you can compare everything to the Word of God for yourself.

A genuine relationship with Jesus Christ—supported by prayer, repentance, and a life lived in the presence of God—is absolutely essential for survival during the Great Tribulation. Even in that dark hour, God will continue to reach out to those who once rejected Him. Many will finally turn to Him, but under circumstances far more severe than anything the world has ever known.

For those who have never read the book of Revelation, I want you to understand what you are risking by delaying your decision to accept Christ. My prayer is that we all will be counted worthy to be taken in the Rapture. I pray we seek to judge ourselves daily so that we will not be judged and to study the Word so that we may stand approved before God.

After the disappearance of believers, the world will scramble to explain the catastrophe. Lies and misinformation will spread rapidly. Chaos will erupt as every nation fights to regain stability—until a single figure emerges claiming to bring unity. This individual is the Antichrist. Though many throughout history have opposed Christ, this particular leader will be uniquely empowered and groomed by Satan. We do not yet know his name. Tragically, multitudes will cling to him because of the false peace he appears to offer.

During this time, events in Heaven will directly affect the Earth. A sacred scroll—THE scroll—will be opened by Jesus Christ alone, the Lamb of God who died for the sins of the world. The scroll holds seven seals, and after they are opened, seven trumpets will sound. Each seal and trumpet unleashes a distinct, escalating catastrophe. The turmoil immediately following the Rapture will be mild compared to what these judgments bring. Below are two examples: one seal and one trumpet.

Seal Judgment:
“When the Lamb opened the fourth seal, I heard the voice of the fourth living creature say, ‘Come!’ I looked, and there before me was a pale horse. Its rider was named Death, and Hades followed close behind him. They were given power over a fourth of the earth to kill by sword, famine, and plague, and by the wild beasts of the earth.”
Revelation 6:7–8

Trumpet Judgment:
“When the fifth angel blew his trumpet, a star fell from the sky. He was given the key to the Abyss… Out of the smoke came locusts upon the earth… They were allowed to torment those without the seal of God on their foreheads. People will seek death but not find it… Their king was the angel of the Abyss, called Abaddon in Hebrew and Apollyon in Greek.”
Revelation 9:1–12 (paraphrased for clarity)

To understand the full gravity of what will occur, you must read the book of Revelation in its entirety. During the Tribulation, Bibles will be confiscated and burned. Christian literature will be removed and destroyed. Deception will be constant and relentless. The Antichrist is already being prepared—watching, waiting, and working through global unrest to hasten the day when he can step onto the world stage. The sooner the Tribulation begins, the more souls the forces of evil hope to claim. Yet the Antichrist, though empowered by Satan, is still only a man—deceived and used by the enemy. And despite all this, God will not be rushed. He alone is sovereign over time.

Some of the calamities already shaking the world today are permitted by God to awaken humanity—including much of the Church, which still slumbers. Many believers cannot discern that we are living in the very days Scripture warned us about. Some place their hope in political figures to transform the world, forgetting that it is God working through His people—the Body of Christ—who wields true spiritual authority.

The Antichrist will deceive the masses with his counterfeit peace. Scripture warns that even the elect could be deceived. If those days were not shortened, no flesh would survive; but for the sake of the elect, God will shorten them.

As the Tribulation progresses, every person will eventually face a final, irreversible choice. Accept the world system and its mark—whether a stamp, chip, or another form of allegiance—and you will be spiritually bound to the Antichrist and condemned. The mark will bring mind control and forced worship of the beast. There is no turning back once it is taken.

Refuse the mark, and you will face execution—most likely by beheading. Yet in that moment, you would be instantly ushered into the presence of God as a martyr, your eternity secured.

This final decision is unavoidable for all who remain. I urge you: choose Christ now, while grace is abundant and the door to salvation stands open. Consider this video: “Hell’s Fun Centre.”
